Was it worth it?"In this world, you have to go through it to get through it, and what seems at the moment to be a curse may actually be a blessing.The funny thing is, I still think of New York as my home, but I think of Peru as "my place." It's like the perfect blend of Asian and Latin American flavors/cutures.Never let anyone convince you that it's a small world. It's not. There are many universes, even within a single city. It's hard to imagine that that other Lima exists as I listen to the birds sing and the waves crash.I blogged about my Lima experience, the good part of it.
